Amy King has spent more than two decades helping people recognize their potential, navigate change and move forward with greater clarity.

Today, as an executive leader in sales and agent development, Amy works at the intersection of leadership, training, coaching, performance and culture - developing people and helping them turn potential into action.

Her perspective is also deeply personal.

Amy's own career has never followed a straight line. Education, performance, entrepreneurship, coaching, wellness, real estate and leadership may look like separate chapters on a resume.

Looking backward, however, she discovered the pattern connecting all of them: Helping people see something in themselves they may not yet see - and igniting them to act on it.

That discovery became the foundation of Live Your Mindset and her signature keynote, Light Your Fire.

Amy brings that same approach
to audiences navigating careers, leadership, transition and the question so many people eventually ask: What's next - and how do I know it's right for me?

My Story

I didn’t come to this work through a straight line. I came to it through responsibility, resilience and necessity.

I raised two children - one with autism- while navigating a difficult divorce that left me with little to no financial security.

Real estate became more than a career. It became a lifeline. Through that work, I built success, then went on to coach and develop other agents and leaders seeking to do the same.

Progress doesn’t always come from pushing harder. It comes from clarity, a strong mindset and intentional action - especially during times of transition.

Resilience is shaped by the environments we create, the habits we practice and the way we care for ourselves. And meaningful, sustainable change happens when all of those pieces begin working together.

What I Know Now

If you are sensing it’s time for a shift, you don’t need all of the answers yet. You just need a place to begin.
